Welcome
My name is Tanja Mayer. In 1970, I was sent on my journey to this world. Born and raised surrounded by the beautiful Black Forest, nature and especially the forest gave me a lot of strength and support. I still love the energy that comes from the trees and all the creatures that surround them.
Through my own history of trauma, I have accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge to cope with my emotional and physical challenges. Through therapies and numerous workshops, I have learned techniques to regulate my nervous system and thereby create a good basis to get along in life. It brought me to the training of the S-O-S trainer and the desire to pass on my knowledge and to give help for self-help.
I am trained as a Nurse, Shiatsu Practitioner, Foot-Reflexology-Therapist, Karate Teacher, Ki-Exercises (Qigong) Teacher, S-O-S Trainer. Since March 2024, I have been in Training to become a Trauma Consultant. I am a Book Author on Ki-Exercises (Qigong) and Ki-Karate.
